Cheese is one of the loves of my life and Ihave the waistline ot prove it.

A piece of good cheese is really something to savour and if you think the rubbery mild coloured cheddar  you get in the supermarkets as being good xheese then you are sadly, in my oppinion mistaken.

Like every artisan craft a good cheese is one that has taken time to mature, to live and breathe. Because you have to wait for the naturity the rewards are so much more so plaese look out for delicatescians or smal farm shops etc and buy some really good cheese.

I've always wanted to make cheese so I will be attemptinng to make some cheese very soon and on this page I will try to document my trials and errors.
